Zhang Li International (01693-HK) announced that BGMC Corporation Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary, and an independent third party have received the Letter of Acceptance from the Malaysian Energy Commission regarding the construction and development of 30 MW of Kuala Ramuda in Kedah, Malaysia AC large solar photovoltaic power plant franchise projects.
According to the letter, it indicates that the maximum output capacity of a photovoltaic power station will not exceed 30.00 MW AC; and the average annual output of electricity during the 21-year period will not be less than 60,385.20 MWh. The main terms of the project have not yet been finalized and will depend on further negotiations between the parties.
The letter informed BGMC Corporation Sdn Bhd and the proposed joint venture partners that the Energy Commission chose BGMC Corporation Sdn Bhd and proposed joint venture partners to participate in the project and commence negotiations with relevant parties on the project documents and before the formal conferring of the project by the Energy Commission Within the established time frame, the project documents in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in the letter.
